Our employees are committed to creating products and services that get small businesses the results they need, and it’s that commitment that drives our own success.

We're serious about what we do. But that doesn't mean we take ourselves too seriously. We wear flip-flops. We love to share a bucket of beers on a Friday afternoon. We don't mind teasing an executive every once in a while (or make them wear an Avengers costume for a charitable cause). And we're not above the occasional nerf-gun assault. Harpreet Grewal

Harpreet Grewal
General Manager

Harpreet is general manager of Constant Contact, assuming the role in January 2016 after five-plus years as chief financial officer for the then-publicly traded company. With more than 20 years of executive and financial leadership, Harpreet is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of Constant Contact, the largest business unit of Endurance International Group (NASDAQ: EIGI), and ensuring that the email marketing leader continues to be one of the most used, and most trusted, among small businesses and nonprofits. More

Prior to joining Constant Contact, Harpreet served as chief financial officer of TheLadders.com, an online job search platform and recruiting company. Prior to that, he honed his expertise in the small business market while serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer of VistaPrint Limited, a publicly traded online provider of marketing services to small businesses. He also served as the chief financial officer at GoldenSource Corporation, a global provider of enterprise data management software for financial institutions, as well as eGain Communications, a publicly traded provider of CRM software solutions. In addition, he held numerous finance and strategy positions during his tenure at PepsiCo and Pepsi-Cola North America.

Harpreet received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Arts in international studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Less

Lauren Chacon

Lauren Chacon
Sales

Lauren is an experienced digital sales leader who manages Constant Contact’s main sales engine. She has been with the company since 2013 and is responsible for sales strategy, designing and implementing sales procedures, and meeting annual sales targets. She also ensures that the sales team is placing focus on both coaching Constant Contact’s small business customers for success and driving performance for the company. More

Prior to Constant Contact, Lauren held various sales leadership roles in media and digital services. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of media and global account sales at Monster.com, which included oversight over Monster’s largest global accounts and creating, scaling, and running Monster’s third-party media channel. Prior to Monster, she was part of The Boston Globe Media Company, where she served as one of the original members of Boston.com, eventually working her way to vice president of advertising.

Lauren received her Bachelors of Arts in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and she currently serves on the Board of Women for UMASS. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and skiing in Vermont. She is also an avid runner. Less

Dave McCann

Dave McCann
Customer Care

Dave has been with Constant Contact since 2014, where he is responsible for the strategy and implementation of programs designed to increase customer success and support long-term customer retention. He currently oversees Constant Contact’s award-winning customer operations teams, which include customer support, success, and retention. More

A Michigan native, Dave got his start at Ford Motor Company working in treasury and finance. He left Ford for the opportunity to work for Google, where he combined his passion for small business success with data analytics, building out customer support for Google AdWords.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Less

John joined Constant Contact in 2013 and currently directs the company’s market strategy, defining and positioning product and service offerings, and setting a comprehensive go-to-market approach across multiple channels. He also heads up Constant Contact’s efforts to ensure the success of small business and nonprofit customers through targeted customer lifecycle marketing that spans education, loyalty, and cross-sell programs. A strategic and creative marketing executive with over 15 years of experience in the technology and services industry, John has a history of creating new businesses, establishing and enhancing corporate brands, and conceiving and launching new products.

Prior to Constant Contact, John held multiple senior executive positions, including vice president and general manager of RoundBuzz, a location-based mobile marketing company focused on the small business retail marketplace; president of 2ergo Americas, a mobile marketing company working with large retailers, brands and agencies; and chief marketing officer at Livewire Mobile. He served as both chairman and vice chairman of the Mobile Entertainment Forum in the Americas and was named to Mobile Entertainment Magazine's Top 50 Mobile Executives in 2008.

When not at Constant Contact, you can find John skiing with his wife and three children in New Hampshire, playing the saxophone in his band, or trying out new recipes with family and friends. Less

Ken oversees product strategy, engineering, and operations, uniting the teams that create and deliver products to Constant Contact’s small business and nonprofit customers. He joined Constant Contact in 2012, bringing with him over 20 years of product and technology experience to his role. He drives the product innovation roadmap from conception to execution and is responsible for ensuring the company consistently delivers excellent products to customers, enabling them to sustain and grow their business. Prior to joining Constant Contact, Ken served as vice president of operations at Turbine Inc., where he was responsible for technical operations and infrastructure, customer service, planning and program management, and internal operations. Before Turbine Inc., he was senior vice president of technology at TripAdvisor Inc., and chief operating officer and chief technology officer at SmartBargains.com. Ken has also held leadership positions at National Leisure Group, Send.com, The Stride Rite Corporation, The Timberland Company, and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College. He enjoys skiing and is an avid cyclist who's participated in the Pan Mass Challenge for over 20 years. Less

Jim Cuff

Jim Cuff
Engineering and Operations

Jim joined Constant Contact in 2013 and is currently leading the engineering and operations teams as they deliver software to our customers and partners and run it at web scale. He is responsible for product development, site uptime, infrastructure, scaling, and industry standards and relations. More

Prior to joining Constant Contact, he was a member of the executive team at Veracode where he led all aspects of engineering and production operations for the company’s multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering. Before that, he spent 14 years as a technology leader at Iron Mountain as the company grew from $100 million in revenue to over $3 billion. His roles included leading enterprise IT, enterprise architecture, and engineering for the digital archives division.

Jim is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in finance and computer science. A frequent speaker at industry conferences, he is a member of the Mass Technology Leadership Council and Cloud Cluster co-chair, and is also a member of IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society. Less

Covering Analytics at Constant Contact means Jesse and his team use big data insights to grow the business and help small businesses and nonprofits succeed. A research and analytics professional for more than 20 years, he has held various client- and supplier-side global analytics leadership positions. More

Prior to Constant Contact, Jesse was chief knowledge officer at Monster Worldwide where he helped drive annual revenue from $300 million to over $1.3 billion. He started an international analytics division at Monster and created the Monster Employment Index in more than 30 countries, now tracked in the United States, Europe, and Asia by millions of people. He also led the web analytics, business intelligence, competitive intelligence, data governance, marketing research, and sales analytics departments.

Prior to Monster, Jesse created an analytics consulting practice for e-commerce company Gomez (now Compuware), where his team led projects for Internet start-ups and well-known brands, including Orbitz.com, WebMD, and Fidelity. He has advised many private and public organizations regarding analytics and labor market issues, including the White House, the Department of Labor, the European Commission, the Federal Reserve, the National Governors Association, the Clinton Global Initiative, and various U.S. senators. He has authored two books, Win with Advanced Business Analytics (Wiley) and Finding Keepers (McGraw-Hill). Jesse has won several awards, including the Platinum Award from PR News and an Ogilvy Award from the Advertising Research Foundation, and was named by the Boston Business Journal as one of Boston’s “Top 40 under 40.” He has taught at the University of Chicago and holds a Master of Arts and a PhD in Experimental Psychology from DePaul University. Piyum Samaraweera

Piyum Samaraweera
Product Strategy

Piyum joined Constant Contact in 2015 and leads Constant Contact’s product management team. He and his team represent the voice of Constant Contact’s customers and act as the center of gravity for the broader organization in terms of what is built, when, and for what user opportunity. Beyond extensive experience in building software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions at scale for small and medium-sized businesses, Piyum brings hands-on experience in implementing agile and product frameworks to help product organizations drive execution. More

Prior to joining Constant Contact, he was senior director of product management at Sophos, an award-winning provider of security solutions for endpoint, mobile, server, encryption, web, email, Wi-Fi, and unified threat management (UTM)/next-generation firewalls. Piyum and his team were also responsible for bringing Sophos security solutions to the cloud. Prior to Sophos, Piyum was senior director of product management at Carbonite where he led both product management and user experience. While at Carbonite, he and his team conceived and brought Carbonite Small Business to market.

Piyum earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from the University of Rochester and a Master of Business Administration in management information systems from Bentley University’s McCallum School of Business. When not at work, Piyum enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and adopted children: Daisy and Napoleon (both dogs) and Oscar the cat. Less

Sarah Webber

Services

Sarah joined Constant Contact in 2006 and leads a team of designers, marketing consultants, and technical developers that delivers custom services to help small businesses save time, look professional, and get better results from their email marketing. She has expanded Constant Contact’s services portfolio to include a variety of on-demand and recurring services and has increased volume from hundreds of projects per month to thousands. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning and execution, organizational and talent development, and operational improvements that drive customer success and key business metrics. More

Prior to joining Constant Contact Sarah led the client services team at Shareholder.com, now a NASDAQ company. As a member of the senior management team she was responsible for ensuring high-profile public companies received error-free, timely investor relations services and communications. Before that, she held leadership positions at Trellix (now Web.com) and iCast (a CMGI company). She started her career at Digital Equipment Corporation spending several years as a human factors engineer, designing and improving usability hardware and software interfaces, which gave her a strong foundation in customer care and advocacy.

Having grown up working in a family business, Sarah is an entrepreneur at heart. She earned a degree in engineering psychology from Tufts University and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College. For fun, Sarah likes to hike and bike with her husband and three daughters. Less

Colleen Hanrahan

Colleen joined Constant Contact in 2011, bringing with her more than 20 years of HR leadership experience. She was promoted to vice president of human resources in 2016 and currently provides strategic and tactical support to the business while overseeing all human resources programs, practices, and policies. A results-oriented HR professional, she is responsible for driving performance management and recognition, and reward systems, as well as advising leaders across the organization on effective HR best practices. Colleen most recently served as the global human resources director at Martin Dawes Analytics (now known as Lavastorm Analytics), where she developed strategies to maintain high levels of employee engagement and managed recruiting, compensation, and benefits. Prior to Martin Dawes Analytics, she was a global human resources director at Monster Worldwide, where she introduced major organizational change initiatives, conducted human resources due diligence activities, assisted with the integrations of three company acquisitions, and drove global feedback processes.

Colleen received both her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Rivier University in New Hampshire. She also earned the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification. Colleen enjoys any and all ocean and beach activities and is an avid scuba diver who loves spending vacation time in the Caribbean. Less

Jonathan joined the Constant Contact team in 2015 with more than 20 years of executive leadership experience at high technology and med tech/medical device companies. Prior to Constant Contact, he held several senior leadership positions, including chief operating officer at Telcare, Inc., chief customer officer at Syneron Medical Ltd., SVP of product development at Candela Corporation, and vice president of strategy and corporate development at 3Com Corporation.

Jonathan received a Bachelor of Arts in government, with a minor in history, and graduated cum laude from Connecticut College. He earned his Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Harvard Business School. Less
