We're pretty lucky here at Constant Contact: every day, we come to work knowing what we do helps our customers bring their passions to life. Our employees are committed to creating products and services that get small businesses the results they need, and it’s that commitment that drives our own success.

We're serious about what we do. But that doesn't mean we take ourselves too seriously. We wear flip-flops. We love to share a bucket of beers on a Friday afternoon. We don't mind teasing an executive every once in a while (or make them wear an Avengers costume for a charitable cause). And we're not above the occasional nerf-gun assault. Meet our management team

Jonathan Kateman

Jonathan Kateman
General Manager

Jonathan is general manager of Constant Contact, assuming the role in April 2017 after leading Constant Contact’s Solution Provider and Field teams for a year. Previously, he was vice president of Indirect Channels for Constant Contact. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, Jonathan is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of Constant Contact, the largest business unit of Endurance International Group (NASDAQ: EIGI), and ensuring that the email marketing leader continues to be one of the most used, and most trusted, among small businesses and nonprofits. More

Prior to joining Constant Contact, Jonathan held several senior leadership positions, including chief operating officer at Telcare, Inc., chief customer officer at Syneron Medical Ltd., senior vice president of product development at Candela Corporation, and vice president of strategy and corporate development at 3Com Corporation.

Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts in government, with a minor in history, and graduated cum laude from Connecticut College. He earned his Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Harvard Business School. Less

Lauren Chacon

Lauren Chacon
Sales

Lauren is an experienced digital sales leader who manages Constant Contact’s main sales engine. She has been with the company since 2013 and is responsible for sales strategy, designing and implementing sales procedures, and meeting annual sales targets. She also ensures that the sales team is placing focus on both coaching Constant Contact’s small business customers for success and driving performance for the company. More

Prior to Constant Contact, Lauren held various sales leadership roles in media and digital services. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of media and global account sales at Monster.com, which included oversight over Monster’s largest global accounts and creating, scaling, and running Monster’s third-party media channel. Prior to Monster, she was part of The Boston Globe Media Company, where she served as one of the original members of Boston.com, eventually working her way to vice president of advertising.

Lauren received her Bachelors of Arts in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and she currently serves on the Board of Women for UMASS. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and skiing in Vermont. She is also an avid runner. Less

Dave McCann

Dave McCann
Customer Care

Dave has been with Constant Contact since 2014, where he is responsible for the strategy and implementation of programs designed to increase customer success and support long-term customer retention. He currently oversees Constant Contact’s award-winning customer operations teams, which include customer support, success, and retention. More

A Michigan native, Dave got his start at Ford Motor Company working in treasury and finance. He left Ford for the opportunity to work for Google, where he combined his passion for small business success with data analytics, building out customer support for Google AdWords.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Less

Colleen Hanrahan

Colleen Speranza
Human Resources

Colleen joined Constant Contact in 2011, bringing with her more than 20 years of HR leadership experience. She was promoted to vice president of human resources in 2016 and currently provides strategic and tactical support to the business while overseeing all human resources programs, practices, and policies. A results-oriented HR professional, she is responsible for driving performance management and recognition, and reward systems, as well as advising leaders across the organization on effective HR best practices. Colleen most recently served as the global human resources director at Martin Dawes Analytics (now known as Lavastorm Analytics), where she developed strategies to maintain high levels of employee engagement and managed recruiting, compensation, and benefits. Prior to Martin Dawes Analytics, she was a global human resources director at Monster Worldwide, where she introduced major organizational change initiatives, conducted human resources due diligence activities, assisted with the integrations of three company acquisitions, and drove global feedback processes.

Colleen received both her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Rivier University in New Hampshire. She also earned the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification. Colleen enjoys any and all ocean and beach activities and is an avid scuba diver who loves spending vacation time in the Caribbean. Less
